- TDTasha DApr 19, 20251.0I literally have our address numbers on the mailbox and our packages are constantly delivered to the next door neighbors. And they do not always give our packages back. We lose so much money because who ever is delivering our mail doesn’t pay attention to the addresses. And this is getting incredibly frustrating. Someone needs to be held accountable. We call and we’re always told it’s being investigated and after numerous times of calling them back we still get no answers and no help with the matter. I have never in my life had more trouble with getting mail delivered, than with this post office.

We had about ten big boxes shipping across the country, and the lady was so patient and wonderful. They let us use their hand trucks, making the process easier. When the gentleman wasn’t busy with the other customers, he helped with our packages. Great teamwork.
