We had about ten big boxes shipping across the country, and the lady was so patient and wonderful. They let us use their hand trucks, making the process easier. When the gentleman wasn’t busy with the other customers, he helped with our packages. Great teamwork.

One of the workers (a Caucasian lady) was SUPER rude to another worker (an African-American lady). That's not mature or in the manner of teamwork. She was upset because she hadn't had a break. As a resident and customer of this town's service, it was something totally uncalled for in the presence of people she was servicing. If she was that hungry, she should have eaten because no one deserves her nasty attitude.
