She is definitely the most friendly, patient and helpful person who works with USPS that I ever met. If you ever need a passport for you or your little ones, she is the person to go to. And most amazing she can make the photos as well. She will keep the whole family in good spirits and make sure that everything is filled up and attached correctly.
