- HBhaley thomas bergenApr 13, 20251.0My package was delivered but I couldn't get my package bc they didn't leave the key for the big box so I can retrieve My package and this happen today and we went to the office and tell them the mail truck forgot to leave the key and if they could contact the truck they said they can't do that
