- KJKathy JolleySep 29, 20251.0Whoever the mail carrier is , this is how they deliver mail and packages. I have a front porch about 15 feet from my garage door and an open shed just feet away. Still she puts mail and packages on the wet pavement rather than walking a few feet to my covered shed. If a package doesn’t fit in the mail box , then she will stuff mail in the box, leave the package out and the door is wide open for anyone driving by could steal it. Trying to get thru to the chesnee post office is not an option via phone as no one answers after repeated attempts. I wanted to know when the post master would be there without driving to the office, to make an appointment. VERY dissatisfied with the whole system!!!

I see by the tracking number that they got to the post office at 6;10 am but no one called me to tell me they were up there! I can't even go get them now and bring them home cause they are closed! They only last 3 days without food and water to survive and NO ONE CALLED ME! I do not like this post office uptown. I always go to the Mayo post office if I need something. The staff there is friendly and always helpful and open an hour earlier. I filed a complaint with the central office but that won't save my baby chicks since I can't get to them tonight. So disappointed in the postal service. They keep putting our mail in the box around the corner also. It has the same house number but different street names. Guess they can't read up here either. No wonder everyone is going to online everything. I totally understand
- RRRosebud RedSep 17, 20252.0Mail delivery of packages(prefer note left in mailbox pick up at post office) or package left inside of fenced gate is no more. Birthday cards(colored envelopes) not reaching destination. Birthday checks had to stop payment, thank goodness. Since August ordered through Amazon(2), CVS(1) medications. Summoned by phone, delivery accomplished. Checked mailbox, no med. package or empty package opened & med. absent. Three incidents, just recently. I did, however, receive my package order from Amazon with coffee. Any package, that if shaken & sounds like a bottle of pills, is subject to attention, by someone through the routing/delivery process, starting at origin of order and/or route delivery.
