After seeing so many bad reviews, I felt like I must write this review. I ship packages 2 or 3 times a week. Have been doing this for about the past 3 years. In all time I have never had a bad experience. Even when I show up too close to closing time, eveyone is helpful and friendly. Postal counter people have a tough job. Treat them with the respect they deserve.

I’m giving this post office 5 stars because I had the negative experience(read below)-however the manager David reached out and reassured me that they would handle this situation very quickly and seriously. He put my mind at ease and I really appreciate that he took the time to respond and care. The clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional on every level. I have a medical condition that makes things harder to understand than for a normal person. This clerk was not patient with me. She was extremely rude, saying she had to continuously repeat herself and that she had left out a very important piece of information that I had to dig to find out, meanwhile saying “You can leave, You can leave” in front of a line of people, completely embarrassing me. I asked her to stop getting an attitude with me to please lower her voice because I felt like she was being completely rude and unprofessional, and getting upset at me. I just wanted to make sure I was completing the transaction correctly, but she made it 10 times more difficult than it needed to be and also made me feel embarrassed and judged by the general public. She told me I could come and speak to her supervisor. I said I did not want to do that, I just wanted to know if the transaction was being completed successfully and properly but she continued to give me attitude and embarrassed me in front of a line of customers. If she had only known that I had a medical disability maybe she would’ve treated me with more respect. I am so upset and disappointed as a child of a former US Postal Service employee. My father would’ve never treated somebody with that much disrespect.

They have my sister christmas gift and refuse to hand it off to a UPS employee, just disgusting how your $400 packages can be sent off and never seen again. And no one ever tries to help locate it smdh, CARELESS PEOPLE AND COMPANY! I may see if I can press charges towards the company today as it is just theft at this point!

Worst post office imaginable. The people working at the desks dealing with the public are great but this post office consistently delivers mail incorrectly and is unreliable. Sad this is even a thing. The US has become a third world country.
