  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in needing a document notarized after another place turned me away, and I’m really glad I did. Eric took care of everything quickly and professionally—super friendly, efficient, and made the whole process easy. He got my documents notarized, scanned, and emailed back to me on the spot, and even took the time to explain their PO box options with a real street address, which is a huge plus for my business. Great service, great attitude, and all for a very reasonable price. If you need notary services, I highly recommend this location—ask for Eric.

  I arrived with 15 minutes left of the business day, but that did not change how professional Hawkeye was. It was a large order for the UPS team to pack. They were so efficient we were out with 2 minutes to spare before closing. The items were packed well and arrived exactly when expected. Thank you for such great service. Highly recommend.

  I usually only leave reviews for restaurants, but this experience deserved a callout. Like most people, I’ve been to a handful of UPS locations, and they can be pretty hit or miss. This one was completely dialed in and honestly caught me off guard (in a good way) with how smooth everything was. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The associate, I believe her name was Samantha(?) was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. While she was helping me, another woman came in (seemed like a regular) and Samantha already had an envelope ready for her. Then a gentleman came in needing tape for a box and looking for a receipt. She handled all three of us seamlessly—no stress, no confusion, just quick, clean service with a smile. We were all in and out in no time. This is exactly why people choose a UPS Store over the post office. UPS should honestly have franchise owners come watch how this location operates. At the end of the day, we are all in customer service. People can be difficult, but the right person knows how to handle it without missing a beat. The companies that do this well, like Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, etc.. invest in the right people and train them properly. It shows here. This will be my go-to location moving forward, even if it’s not the closest one to my house. Keep it up the good work, it is appreciated!
