He helped me navigate on my phone to get a prepaid return label from Amazon because the cost to ship the product back was more than what was paid. He helped me get the package aka bed frame in my car. Then today he was super helpful and carried the heavy package from door to counter. BEST place I've dealt with that has unbelievable customer service. Keep up the good work.
