I stood there while Tracy and another employee bickered about dress code policy, after waiting for them to finish, I very politely asked for help with a return. Without looking at my paperwork Tracy shared “we don’t do that return here” I then asked if I could have someone else’s help because my paperwork clearly stated “drop off at staples store” Someone should consider overhauling the communication skills here.
