  Went to ship out some golf clubs and Jessie took care of me in a lickety split. Very professional and respectful young chap. Made my pre work errand a breeze. Thanks!

  Understaffed with one person serving 10 customers on a Sunday. Previously employees were unhelpful with bad attitude and not knowledgeable. The worst FedEx Office I’ve ever been to. And I know what it’s like because I used to work here 20 years ago lol. For years I dealt with the ones in Columbia and they were always vastly better. A mismanaged location

  Read the label on the package. I frequently get packages that should be delivered to a different address. The two addresses are very similar and it’s understandable.BUT Read the label So I don’t have to deliver it

  Amazing staff! I do a lot of business here. Matt the manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and always helpful. Ali the other manager is also pleasant. Paula is always so kind.

  Paula was pleasant and professional. She greeted me immediately when I entered, attended to me right away, and made it easy for me by handling all the shipping entries. I sent the package with minimal effort and very quickly. I will be back to get more of this good treatment.
