Came in with returns and didn't know whether I was getting information from the employee or if he was still talking with the other guy. One return was evidently supposed to be taken to Staples but rather than say, "oh, you are already here, see if you can cancel the return and use us" he just went back to his conversation. Not helpful. Not great customer service but that really hasn't changed at this location...

Never a wait, and they scan my return QR code and take my package all within about 1 minute. I had something really heavy yesterday and Mario came around the counter and helped me with it. Very appreciative of the people who work there!
