  What’s up with this store? Supposed to be open until 7 on week nights and they are closed at 4 when I went there. Poor business. I know they are remodeling but they should either keep their published hours or let people know they are closed until further notice.

  Twice I have been to this store. On a Saturday at 9:00 AM I waited over 45 minutes and no one showed up to open (at least 12 people left). Today May 11, 2025 it was closed at 3:48 pm not 4:00. Three other customers left.

  Went to this store to get something notarized. We arrived and there was one gentleman in front of us. Understanding that this was 3 or 4 days before Christmas I understand the long wait. As we were waiting for 20 minutes that we did, I couldn’t help but notice one of the employees asking people with drop offs to come to him, which I kind of understood as the computer was only set up for that. Unfortunately, the employee didn’t think to ask what we were there for. When we got to the counter, another young man asked what we needed and I told him, he looked to the associate who was taking drop offs and asked if he had his stamp (he didn’t), the employee who called us up didn’t have his stamp either, luckily the 3rd employee did but this really rubbed me the wrong way considering all of the employees should’ve been prepared. I managed a UPS Store for several years and felt this was unprofessional. I also wanted to point out that the associate taking drop offs also pulled out his phone several times while at the counter and then proceeded to go where the packing area is thinking he was hiding but wasn’t, again very unprofessional. The last thing I took note of is the employee who called us up was wearing workout clothes which is not UPS store approved attire. My experience in this store was a negative one and because of the way your store was represented by your employees, I will not be coming back. During the busiest time of year should be especially important for store representation. On that note, Merry Christmas.

  My son called ahead and asked if the store could notarise some documents. The store said yes. He drove 30 mins and was told that they couldn’t do it.
