- KCKaitlyn ChantzJan 28, 20261.0Very unhelpful facility. I went to collect a package that wasn’t able to be delivered and was told USPS had it. Lady at the front told me they didn’t have it to come back the next day. The lady didn’t take my name down, didn’t take the package number down, didn’t do anything helpful and just went back there and looked and told me to come back the next day, they’d have it. I go back the next day they sent it back that morning. Even though I told her I’d come back and get my package today. No one was willing to help me and only had attitudes.

I haven’t received any forwarding mail for months. Now none of my mail being delivered, it’s being returned to senders. Try and call customer service, they make it impossible to speak to an agent. So annoying. I need my mail!

However, I noticed that I'm not the only one who felt that way from the Google review. Every time when I visit the Central location, the front desk lady makes customer feel bad. I was trying to go to different location because of her attitude. Why don't you make a smile to your customers? It's free and easy. I'm praying for you to feel and attitude better while you are working at the post office so people can be happy to go there.
