- DRDiane ReeseSep 24, 20251.0The delivery driver keeps delivering packages to the wrong houses. Luckily me and my neighbors are honest enough to give each other our packages instead of keeping them. We do not work for usps so we should not have to do their job for them. Get it together, please.

I haven’t received any forwarding mail for months. Now none of my mail being delivered, it’s being returned to senders. Try and call customer service, they make it impossible to speak to an agent. So annoying. I need my mail!

She didn't look me up at all no idea if my p.o. box was actually canceled and went to ask clarifying questions and she just gets an attitude and repeats herself like I'ma idiot. So glad to be moving. Just hope my p.o. box was really canceled Yeah so update 2 months later, wasn't canceled I'm very upset -10 stars and I'm calling someone Monday
