- AFAyanna FischerFeb 13, 20261.0I have had a bad experience with this party office, I was sent mail 4 times by very important people and they keep getting it back with a message saying address is undeliverable, that's a bunch of bull. and I've taken marriage license in and all and still no mail and I've tried to get my New ID 4 TIMES from the DMV, they keep getting the same message also, this has to be the MESSIEST POST OFFICE I'VE SEEN, I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH A SUPERVISOR EVERY CHANCE I GET.

- HNHeather NickersonNov 19, 20251.0Worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of working with, hands down, and I have lived all over the country… I was expecting certified mail that required a signature from the lawyers handling my late fathers estate, and the carrier literally drove past my house and left a note in my mailbox that they attempted delivery but I wasn’t home, when I SAW them drive right on by! I guess no one wants to do their jobs anymore…? Absolutely ridiculous! I tried to get the letter redelivered as I am a stay at home mother and my husband works M-F 7:30-4:30 every day with our only car and I cannot possibly go pick the letter up during normal business hours, but they did the same thing AGAIN! Left a note in the mailbox stating that if I didn’t go to the Liberty Hill location, they would return to sender! So my husband had to miss work so that I could go pick up the important documents. This Post Office is absolutely bonkers. It needs investigated and shut down if no one working there feels like actually performing the services for which they are being paid… I decided to leave a review today because they just pulled the same stunt on me today! Expecting an important delivery, and I go to check my tracking, and I get a notification that “customer requested shipment held for collection at Liberty Hill location”. Uh, no I freaking did not!!! Just because the lazy good for nothing driver doesn’t feel like doing their jobs?!? I wish I could leave a negative star review, because even one star gives this horrid place too much credit…
