- KFKen FentressDec 30, 20241.0I got a tracking update today on a package saying that my package had been left at this location. I walked in to find the customer service counter abandoned. After waiting a short time an employee came in and asked how she could help me. I told her I had a package to pickup and without even checking the tracking number she told me “It won’t ever be here, it’s at Dusty Bend”. When I told her that the USPS tracking number said it was at this particular location, she told me “well, the tracking don’t know”. So if you’re wondering why our tax dollars continue to fund an institution that lost $9.5 billion dollars in FY 2024, can’t find their own feet with two hands and a flashlight, much less a package entrusted to them, well…..you aren’t the only one. You can’t even trust that your package is where their own tracking system says it is, the people who work there don’t even attempt to try to do their jobs, and they’re rude to customers on top of that.
