My packages both incoming and outgoing disappear very frequently. I have submitted a report to the attorney general for South Carolina for theft and also discrimination. The manager and post master should be fired without retirement benefits for stealing.

My wife dropped off a package that was supposed to go out and we had to go back and ask them to look and see if they had mailed it, because it never received a tracking number online. This place still had our package; well one of our packages. The second package was nowhere to be found and they didn't care to look for it. They are very unprofessional at this place and seem like they don't want to be there to do their jobs. If you want your package lost or held on a shelf, this is the place for you. This place needs an entire staff makeover. I will never go to this HELL HOLE again. IT IS THE WORST.
