Have a person, but they'd prefer to be on their phone than help customers. 3. Have a "Don't know, don't care" attitude. Short, blonde girl with thick, thick glasses told me there was no one in the entire store to help me(or any of us over there) because she was leaving. And repeated, "Whatcha need? Cuz I'm leaving." Yep, just like allllll the customers! #staplessucks
- ICIts a Good Day In South CarolinaMar 24, 20264.0I’ve used Staples for multiple businesses and have successfully ordered business cards and other print materials with good results when the artwork setup is correct. Their turnaround time is helpful when you need something fast. However, I recently ran into an issue related to crop and bleed on a large order. A very small white edge was showing in the proof, and I contacted the store to see if they could assist or make a minor adjustment before printing. Unfortunately, they advised they could not help make any corrections. As a result, I had to place a separate order online for 5,000 cards. It wasn’t a major loss, but it was disappointing from a customer service standpoint. I was hoping for a more solution-oriented response or at least some guidance on how to resolve the issue. Overall, I’m giving a 4-star rating because my previous print jobs were completed without any problems and the print quality is generally good. I just believe there is an opportunity for improved customer support and willingness to help customers troubleshoot small design or bleed concerns before printing.
