There is always a line but the workers get you out so fast. Time wait is no more the 5 minutes ever. I've been in and out within minutes.

Susanna helped with an early pre-delivery package pickup and was very pleasant to deal with. She found the item quickly and without any trouble. You guys need more employees like her. Thank you for your help again Susanna.

This place is horrible and people that work there are too. They have lost over 10 packages and 200 pieces of mail in 5 years. I have filed 51 complaints, not one person has ever contacted me to resolve the issues, when I went to there in person the lady at the counter looked me in my eyes and said, I just show up and if things don’t get done, o well as long as I get paid I don’t care what happen to the mail. I have spoken to several lawyers about this and apparently the USPS is above the law and there is nothing legally I can do. Even though I have proof of that this post office has cost me $8,764.23 in 5 years due to blatant negligence on the part of the employees and USPS. Also the passport service is a joke, I had an appointment and already had my forms filled out when I arrived. Apparently you can’t fill your forms out before you arrive it’s a huge threat to national security and I wasn’t allowed to get a new form to fill out, I was denied service and told I would have to reschedule. I then left drove to Beaufort walked in with pre-filled forms and in 10 mins or less the process was done. This place is a problem and is going to continue to be a problem. I encourage anyone thinking of coming here for a service go somewhere else, they will not do their job by any means, they get paid to just show up.

I've had some very friendly and helpful people at my post office in Bluffton. Even when there's a long line, they generally manage to keep the wait times below 15 minutes. I ship a lot of merch through eBay sales, and they get everything entered and scanned pretty quickly in Bluffton.
