I called USPS support and the woman there was nice and helpful and said they'd reach out to this USPS office and get it straightened out. This USPS did not get it straightened out. They said my package was "mis-scanned" and that it would be here in one to two days. It has still not been delivered. I am beyond frustrated by this and am stressed out too because this was an expensive purchase for me. Now I have to fight with USPS customer service for my money back. Thanks a lot guys!

The Zip Code was keyed in, incorrectly and was sent to the Bluffton Office. Joe was able to find my package and even was able to get it forwarded to the correct place. Mrs. Liz also helped out in tracking down the package. Several other folks there helped as well but i didnt catch their names. 5 Stars. Exceptional Customer Service. Thank you for all your help.

USPS took 6 days to deliver from NC to SC, and this location held the package for no reason and admitted that they improperly marked the package "held by customer" so that they didn't have to deliver on time. When I called to ask about it, they admitted they just marked it incorrectly and just hadn't delivered it. If I hadn't called, who knows how long it would've taken to have been delivered. That package was shipped on the 4th and delivered on the 9th, had it been delivered by the 8th, I would have been ok, but no, they held it for no reason and it was delivered on the 9th and costed me hundreds because it was late. Should have been delivered in 2 days, but instead 6.

The ratings for this particular store are amongst the lowest in the country, and all for good reason. They would be lower if yiu could leve a zero star review. After years of horrible service, its shocking to see all of the rude ladies who work at the desk still employed. Apparently whoever is in charge of this dump could care less about public opinion.
