  This UPS store is super friendly, efficient and I am always in and out within 10minutes even when there is a line in the store.

  Returning items is usually the part everyone dreads. Boxes, lines, confusion, wasted time. This UPS Store flips that completely. I returned defective luggage purchased from Amazon that was a gift from my daughter. The replacement was already handled. All I had to do was walk in. This location is exactly where you want it to be, open when you actually need it, and staffed by people who are alert, friendly, and clearly know the process. No lines. No back-and-forth. No awkward waiting while someone figures out what to do. You’re greeted, helped immediately, and done. That’s rare—and that’s why this store stands out. This is not “good for a return.”This is how returns should be.

  One of the worst locations I’ve been too. Always slow, always understaffed, one person there today 1/24/26 11:45am est - told an entire line of people to have pre ordered labels because it’s going to be a wait (about 6’5, long beared, hair in a bun with temples shaved) then proceeded to go sit in the back of the store assume his breaktime while he left the one kid alone on a line of 6 people. Awesome customer service.
