I've witnessed rude behavior toward other customers and ignoring customers standing in line at the print counter. My business has been using their print services and convenient shipping counter for the last 4 years. However, recently I've stopped using their shipping services and began making an extra trip to the UPS Store because of the poor service. I'm now considering looking for another printing service as well. Very sad.
