- BLBriana LopezDec 23, 20252.0Wanted to mail a Christmas gift off. The lady literally had me pay for it to be shipped and then handed me back the box and told me I had to tape it up myself. I told her I didn’t have any tape and she says well I guess you’ll have to buy some. Bad customer service she could have let me know and I would’ve just went to UPS . I definitely will from now on.

Then I bought a mailbox that you have to have a key to open it because at that point we were having a lot of missing mail. Since having that mailbox we still have missing mail. At this point I'm really becoming angry. Just like everyone else we have very important mail coming to us. I understand it's a hard job, but it's a job you signed up for.
