After opening a service request, Traci promptly called me with proof that it was scanned at my mailbox—super professional! Later, I ran into Kim (my amazing rural carrier), who hand-delivered my replacement package and even shared helpful insight about recent neighborhood issues that likely caused the original disappearance. Quintin (a city carrier I know from the YMCA’s kickboxing class) and the whole team at Blacksburg SC USPS go above and beyond. Their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication are unmatched.
