I had to ask the robot more than once to speak to a customer representative it finally put me on hold and I was left on hold for 20 minutes. Its 9:30 a.m and you're telling me not a single human can answer the phone ?

Like 2 weeks later they were finally scanned in Atlanta. It made me look bad to my buyers, and i lost money and merchandise thanks to the Bishopville post office.
