  Friendly and professional cashier. Fortunately, I conducted my purchase early in the day so the check out wasn't lengthy as it is during lunch (Hint - either find another time to shop or add a cashier during peak 'check out' times. Glad that Staples had generic products so my office supplies' purchase was reasonable.

  I had a very bad experience at this Staples today. I went to print documents with a code and wanted to pay cash, so I asked for help. The employee told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, even though it would have taken only a few seconds to print, you should prioritize walk in customers. When I used the self-service printer, my documents came out with blue spots. I showed him, and he said ‘it’ll be ok, they will accept it,’ which is not his decision. I’m paying and I need clean documents. When I tried to reprint at another printer, he suddenly called me back asking for the code, but his attitude was rude. I used to purchase frequently, but for sure that I will avoid this location in the future.

  Extremely rude management in the print department Reyquan or however you spell his name has got to be the worst manager I have ever had to deal with…. If you hate your job that much buddy find a different line of work

  Beaufort employees are really friendly and make themselves availabe to the customer needs. They dont run and dodge from helping you. LIKE LOWES EMPLOYEES IN BEAUFORT. Love this Bag

  Went to checkout with 3 items and ALL rung up at a higher price. It wasn’t off a by a few cents…a $9.99 item rang up at $12. This was NO ACCIDENT (not on 3 items). I’ll avoid shopping at Staples from now on.
