This is an on going problem in the Pinewood subdivision area . I as well as some other residents have put complaints in.

It's literally been two years. They will put a report in and nothing happens. I'm calling them now they don't even answer the phone... Definitely bad for business

Can't get a number to call the local office. Automated system is zero help and keeps looping in the menu where you can't choose an option.
