This is an on going problem in the Pinewood subdivision area . I as well as some other residents have put complaints in.

It's literally been two years. They will put a report in and nothing happens. I'm calling them now they don't even answer the phone... Definitely bad for business

- COC. OleanderDec 31, 20181.0Absolutely unacceptable. They decided to hold on to my package "at the request of the customer", I never requested this and it does not require a signature. I was literally in my driveway watching them as the placed my other mail in my mailbox and drove off. I now have to retrieve my package from them after the holidays because the didn't feel like sending it to me.
