  I’ve been to this store NUMEROUS times. Every interaction has been awful!! Once I walked in just after they closed. Just had an Amazon return. Would have taken 2 seconds for her to take it. She was just sitting behind the counter playing on her phone. She said she forgot to lock the door and they were closed and resumed playing on her phone. I went last week and wasn’t greeted at all. The clerk never smiled or said barely a word to me. This is how every other interaction is when I go. Pretty sure they hate working there and it shows!

  Horrible customer service. Every visit its the same. Just a simple hello how are you goes a long way. Or have a nice day would be nice.

  I’ve never met people that hate their jobs more than these workers, and they definitely take it out on the customers as if the existence of another life form in their vicinity is excruciating pain. I needed more information but knew i wasn’t going to get it there so I had to go to the Beaufort location they were very helpful there.
