This location has an employee who is caucasian with a short haircut and glasses and he was extremely rude. I sent my boyfriend to pick up my package with my id and tracking number and the worker got an attitude with him and disrespectful. I had to go up there to pick up the package in the rain on top of being pregnant. He got upset because i showed him the policy which states someone else can pickup the package long as they have the tracking number, he told me if i want to be rude he can send the package back. I wasnt rude at all i just told him the policy and he didnt like it he didnt want to be wrong. I will be reporting him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR WORKER.

I came in the store asking how to send a perishable item & he told me exactly what to do. He also gave me a free box with the Styrofoam container inside. He said a customer left it & was kind to give it to me.

Beware of the woman who is always seated at the counter. I came in during my lunch break to do an Amazon return, and there was a long line as always, so I waited patiently. While I was in line, an Amazon employee came in carrying a large tote full of packages that looked very heavy. Before he even had a chance to get through the store, the seated woman started yelling at him to leave and take the packages to around the back.
When I pulled in I had noticed an Amazon truck parked behind the store, and I heard honking earlier, so it seemed like he had been waiting and was simply doing his job, bringing packages inside and heading to the back to drop them off. He was not rude or disruptive. The only inappropriate behavior I saw was from the seated employee, who was unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful. It made the store feel unprofessional and uncomfortable.
