- JCJosseling CarterJan 12, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at this Staples today. I went to print documents with a code and wanted to pay cash, so I asked for help. The employee told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, even though it would have taken only a few seconds to print, you should prioritize walk in customers. When I used the self-service printer, my documents came out with blue spots. I showed him, and he said ‘it’ll be ok, they will accept it,’ which is not his decision. I’m paying and I need clean documents. When I tried to reprint at another printer, he suddenly called me back asking for the code, but his attitude was rude. I used to purchase frequently, but for sure that I will avoid this location in the future.
