I simply asked for her to scan my packages, as I have had many instances where just dropping them off get “lost” aka never scanned and stolen. I had to ask her 3 times 3 different ways and she was VERY bothered to do her job. As I walk out she starts talking about me to the other employee saying “can you believe her” and such as that.
