Great customer service. I also love that this location has a machine. So I can visit here after hours to drop off a box with a qr code.

Cannot recommend this post office enough! I went and had my passport appointment early in the morning and was immediately met with friendly faces and helped very quickly. The location opened promptly at 9am and the employees were ready to help! I had the privilege to be helped by Miss. Veronika and she was absolutely the sweetest and the best! Thank you guys and Veronika!

***UPDATE*** I almost forgot to mention that today, January 13th 2025, I saw the counter worker tap the green "satisfied" button for the customer in front of me. This is something I see at post offices all the time, and it's very clear that these workers understand how to fool their supervisors into thinking they're delivering quality customer service. The survey should happen on a separate monitor that customers can visit on the way out the door. That would give a much clearer picture of what's actually going on inside these post offices. Original review: As you can tell from the many negative reviews, this particular post office is especially poorly managed, even for a federal agency. Years of Don't Expect Initiative hiring practices have destroyed the agency in general, and this location is perfect example of that. Perhaps the staff at this location are well-meaning, but they don't know the rules and in general they don't seem to care. In the end, the rules are whatever they want them to be, even when the Postal Operations Manual requires a different result. Staff are outwardly polite, as long as they don't actually have to do anything to help. If you try to insist that they follow the rules, those smiling faces at the counter will turn into snarls very quickly. The local postmaster should absolutely be fired. I know it's too much to ask that the people in charge of a federal agency actually conduct some oversight, but it's the wild West down here in Anderson, and someone in Washington should start paying attention to the failure of this agency on the ground.
