- HHHello!Jan 1, 20261.0These people are incompetent. I received a voicemail on December 30th about a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 29th. The lady told me that it was going to be delivered on the 30th because they claim they couldn't find the address. Left a number told me to call them back. However they never answer the damn phone. I never got my package and they ended up on Wednesday returning it to the sender instead of holding it so I could come pick it up after I had customer service put in service orders and tried to get them to hold it so I could come get it. Why leave me a voice message and tell me it was being delivered only to resend it?

I've tried to pick it up twice but because they close for lunch and at 4:30 unless I take off of work its impossible for me to get it. Seems the times just keep changing for both of the local POs. At least explain why the letter can not be deliver like regular.

Because of their negligence my packages have been bent and damaged due to me basically having to break the box/package to get it out of my mailbox because it was stuck.
