The owners are amazing, new managers are great, staff is friendly, and quality is always stellar! Recently, a laptop delivery was misdelivered out of state (through no fault of this store) and the management + staff at this location maintained professionalism and patience in trying to help us resolve the issue. It was eventually located a month later. Specifically Joe, Vanessa, Tanner, (and occasionally Preston works with us) are careful, meticulous, and forthright in their communications. Referring other groups in the area to this location for cards, posters, shipping, labels, etc. is a no-brainer. We would highly recommend this store to everyone for their consistent delivery of high quality work and care.
