- SMShyenna MooreFeb 7, 20261.0This facility is awful. I had three packages sent to this facility for delivery and every single one got delayed. The first one twice, second one once, and the last package got stuck in California for almost a week. It finally got to the Anderson facility and scheduled to be dropped off in the early afternoon. Never arrived. Got delayed to be delivered by 8PM as they always say. The kicker being that 5 minutes before they delayed it AGAIN for the day, I saw two fedex trucks out delivering a few blocks from my house. Then i get a notification that it could not be delivered due to “dangerous weather conditions”. The sun was shining, no snow, no ice, barely any wind but the weather was “too dangerous”. Now they won’t attempt to deliver it again until the following Monday and I’m not allowed to go pick it up. This is beyond ridiculous and I can’t even get a partial refund for delivery on any of my packages. Get some better workers or something cause this is terrible.

Please give me a realistic delivery date since I have to be here to sign for the package. I have other places I need to go. Delays sometimes cannot be avoided but I need a realistic delivery date!!!!
