    I’m only giving one star because there’s no option to leave a review without one. This FedEx facility has been consistently terrible. For months now, nearly every package routed through this location has ended up delayed, lost, or stuck with no real tracking updates. Once an item reaches this facility, it’s like it disappears into a black hole. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and no signs of improvement. Customers deserve better than this level of service.

    I would not give one star but I have to in order to leave a review. I wonder if we can get a class action law suit against the anderson FedEx? Heres my story: I received notice that my package would be at my home between 1:55pm and 3:50 pm on Nov. 7, 2025. I took off work so I could be here for it considering it needed signed for. I was on the porch waiting for hours. At 230pm I see a white unmarked van pull up to my gate, stopped, backed up and left. The driver never got out! He never left any information. A few minutes later I received a text with a photo saying, I was not home. Immediately I called the 1 800 number. I was connected to a service agent in India. I tried to explain the situation and the lady said sorry nothing I can do. I asked for a supervisor. I was placed on hold. Jose Introduced himself. I told him the situation. He gave put me on hold. When he came back on the line he said he spoke to James from the anderson FedEX hub. He stated James apologized for his employee and guaranteed the package would be sent back to my home before 8pm. So, I waited. At 6:08 pm, I received a text stating my package wpuld be delivered Monday the 10th before 8pm and I would need to sign for it. I immediately looked up the number to the corporate headquarters and called. It was a different number but sent me to India once again. I immediately asked for a supervisor and it sent me to Rodriguez. I asked Rodriguez if he was in the United States he said no he was in central American. I asked him if he could get me someone in anderson and he said no it doesnt work that way. I gave him my claim number and when he came back on he stated we will try to work the problem and get your package back to you but more than likely it will be Monday. I told him the package was an engagement Ring that was guaranteed to be delivered. I immediately drove to anderson fedex. The direction that Google has does not match its location. Thank goodness someone at a nearby gas station told me how to get here. I get to tye build8ng and its closed. I seen a delivery truck enter as I entered the parking lot. A worker came out and I said excuse me sir but I need help. He had his ear buds in, looked at me shook his head no and walked on. As I was getting ready to leave, another person walked out. Again I said excuse me I needed help. I did not get his name but he was very nice and tried to help me. Even recommending to come back first thing in the morning. Lies after lies. The system is set up not to he able to contact anyone in a timely manner. The delivery driver obviously either did not want to work since it was friday or wanted the insured box that he was supposed to be delivering. I will update after more information is found. I would love to know why GOOGLE reviews is not accurately reporting the rating of this station. Is FEDEX paying them to keep the score at 3 or above?     Giving 3 stars because GoogleMaps made it impossible to find. It tried to drop me in the middle of Evergreen Rd and then direct me to walk across I-85. This location is on the corner of Hwy 81 and Evergreen Rd. The package I dropped off was already pre-labeled so once I was actually able to find the site, drop off was easy enough. The one staffer I interacted with was helpful and friendly.

    Probably have had the worst shipping experience with FedEx. Package was failed to deliver for a week straight. Mind you it is a $4,000 computer. Customer service agents basically fed me fictional information regarding how I could get my package. Package clearly stated a property manager could sign for it. Delivery driver refused to do that. I then signed the slip left on the door as I was instructed. Delivery driver still refused to deliver the package. I then was told the package would be held for 5 days at the closest shipment center. Turns out they just decided to send it back to the sender the next day after telling me that. So now I have been out my computer for roughly 12 extra days thanks to FedEx. Basically every piece of information I was told throughout my experience was a complete and utter lie and extremely dissatisfied and upset with my experience and plan to never use FedEx as a shipping company if I can help it.
