- OTOlivia TurnerMar 22, 20261.0So are you guys going to come fix my mail box this is the third time a driver has ran into the thing. The first time the whole post. I cemented it in. Didn’t have any issues. Until recently again. Second time my whole mail box was dented in and hanging for dear life. I know it was the mail person because I heard the damn thump on the side of the car…. Still had the nerve to fill my mail box up and bolt. Today they officially took the thing out??? This hasn’t been the only issue with this place. The have drivers who steal, caught them plenty as well. The when called them out of theft they seem to have marked my house as “inaccessible” which is a bold face lie and when I go to get said packages at the place they have lost it. One time it was on a ladies desk and never scanned back in the system or however it worked and said it was out for delivery. Filed a complaint for the theft and shady behavior and now my mail box seems to take a beating.

I got a replacement as the first package that i asked redelivery for had been “processing” since the 5th of December. They again left a note. Maybe hire people who actual are able bodied enough to do their job.

- RRRHDec 10, 20251.0I would give the USPS a score of ZERO stars if I could. One star is too generous. Delivery service and redelivery service are terrible and unreliable. The online system is even worse. Just shut down the USPS already. No one likes it (especially the people who work for the USPS).
