The person on the other end of the phone is very nice when she can reach them. Get a receptionist! Someone who can answer the darn phone!

Today, a week before Christmas and all through this house we had a worry that the post office might be a zoo. These guys (and gals) were very quick with the service. The line was flowing really pretty good considering.
