- RFRobert Fanion5 days ago1.0Worst post office in the area by far. If you have a package coming to you from another carrier that is dropped here for delivery it’s almost a guaranteed delay. If you visit the branch there’s always a line because no one works the window. The mail carriers are lazy and horrible.
- SSShawnFeb 21, 20261.0The worst usps I have ever dealt with in my almost 40 years of life. Delayed mail and packages for no reason at all. Lazy delivery people that will mark mail as delivered but not deliver it because they might have to step over a small snow bank to get to the cleared shoveled path to the door. A few times my mail was brought to the porch just to be carried away for no reason and not delivered for 3 more days. Items constantly show up late for absolutely no reason. Packages just sit at warehouses for days for no reason at all. Inconsistent and slow service. Get better. Also have gotten opened mail and packages. Phones just ring and ring when you call them also. They dont care. They will try and steal your packages and mail if they know what's inside as well. UPS, Amazon, Walmart delivery, other delivery services, and other town / cities USPS are out delivering 2 and a half days after snow storms but not Woonsocket. The worst!
