I did not say anything because I thought "if she had our package, she would have given it to us". So we kept waiting outside, infront of our door. An hour later I checked the tracking number, to my surprise the damn thing said "delivery was not possible". Outrageous. The delivery guy SAW US STANDING OUTSIDE and chose to toss the "Sorry we missed you while you were out" pink note in our mail box and drove away WITH OUR PACKAGE again. Why would you do that. Ridiculous.

The lady who helped us was horrible, apparently she had a bad day. We only asked her to explain the shipping prices to us. She couldn't do that because apparently she gets annoyed by customer questions. I will not return to this incompetent post office. Look for personnel who can do their job.
