I did not say anything because I thought "if she had our package, she would have given it to us". So we kept waiting outside, infront of our door. An hour later I checked the tracking number, to my surprise the damn thing said "delivery was not possible". Outrageous. The delivery guy SAW US STANDING OUTSIDE and chose to toss the "Sorry we missed you while you were out" pink note in our mail box and drove away WITH OUR PACKAGE again. Why would you do that. Ridiculous.
