- PDPatricia D4 days ago1.0The staff are rude and don’t know what they are doing. The staff member said I didn’t need to return my old passport and I get an email that my application is on hold until I return the passport. It’s a major inconvenience that could’ve been avoided if this man knew what he was doing.
