I live in an apartment, them “trying” is going to the lobby door taking a picture of it then leaving. When I called the automated system ran me for an endless loop until I finally managed to find the magic combination of key presses and vocal cues to get a hold of a generic robotic call center person that just repeated that the tried to deliver but “I wasn’t’t home”. I asked for a text message when the are here so I can row to meet them. The call center robot person said ok. Nothing changed the next day. They won’t let me go to fedex and get the package.

Supervisor/Manager Monica from phone support was also helpful in contacting the dispatcher to put a rush delivery on a time sensitive order. I appreciate the leadership team reaching out after the delivery was made. Driver Justin should really consider that most homes have cameras and the passive aggressive toss and holding the arm out is on camera. Delivery for a critical package was not completed. Attempts to reach the warehouse supervisor have gone unanswered and calls are never returned. The delivery has been rescheduled two to three times, and Thursday’s shipment was reportedly placed on “Justin’s truck,” yet no delivery attempt was made. This location has proven unreliable in fulfilling scheduled deliveries.
