- JBJoan BearMar 28, 20175.0It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.

- TATaylor AddessiJan 17, 20171.0Hands down the WORST customer service ever to be experienced. Normally I'd never leave a bad review & keep to myself but today was awful. I waited patiently for 45 minutes while ONE woman was working the front desk, her associate doing nothing about the 15 person line, mind you many people had actually left. Finally my turn came, I simply needed a passport application & OH WAIT, theyre all out!! GREAT! Well could you make a copy I asked, as i waited close to an hour. And a rude "no" was the response i got. As a front desk associate, I would never let this type of event happen, yet these ladies are older & most likely more experienced yet seemed to be clueless when it came to their system, keeping a line moving & how to take care of a customer. If there was a 0 star option thats what I would give.
