- RHRusty HillOct 6, 20251.0The male attendant that ‘helped’ me today seemed annoyed that I was asking questions regarding picking up my held mail since I moved. This customer service desk clerk claimed I had none. Everytime I asked a question, this person answered me with a question. Another employee watched and witnessed this conversation and did nothing to help me get my mail. More infuriating that he was just watching. I know I have mail, including new insurance cards. But it was so difficult to deal with this person I left and called my job asking for them to reissue the cards because I was getting nowhere. My issue remains unresolved. It is unfortunate that I could not have just had my mail held at the Apponaug location where the counter clerks are always kind and helpful.
