Not only was the counter staff rude the manager was ignorant too. If people are not prepared to ship there items make them fill out the paperwork off to the side so the rest of the people who was on their lunch brake can get there packages.

Every time I have a package delivered through FedEx they don’t even get out of their truck to make the delivery. I’ve watched a driver just snap a picture of the door from his truck and the just drive off saying failed to make delivery. When you call customer service for support you get no help whatsoever ever and there is never any follow up actions taken on the drivers as this has been on ongoing problem for YEARS!

On Saturday, without knocking at all, they left a tag on the front door, and drove away. I called, and was told the issue was resolved, and to expect them to return later. Today is Monday. I'm still waiting by an opened window above the front door. Again, no knock, I was saying "1 minute" when I heard a vehicle pull up. Again, they left a tag on the front door, and drove off. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with this service overall. I have a signature on file online for my package, and the description says signature recieved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this dysfunctional service to get important packages delivered. The review is here because their online service said the package was being delivered from WARWICK, RI. So frustrated.
