- CFCraig ForceJan 16, 20261.0terrible support! package didn't get delivered to location and was returned to metro center location. called support and requested to pick up the package and they gave me a confirmation code. when I arrived, they wouldn't hand over the package even though I was listed as the person to receive it. you could hear them all laughing and joking around in the backroom. this is obviously a reflection on poor management. use UPS or contract with Mr. Messenger.

Not only was the counter staff rude the manager was ignorant too. If people are not prepared to ship there items make them fill out the paperwork off to the side so the rest of the people who was on their lunch brake can get there packages.

Every time I have a package delivered through FedEx they don’t even get out of their truck to make the delivery. I’ve watched a driver just snap a picture of the door from his truck and the just drive off saying failed to make delivery. When you call customer service for support you get no help whatsoever ever and there is never any follow up actions taken on the drivers as this has been on ongoing problem for YEARS!
