Someone from the post office probably took it or lost it, but they didn't offer any escuse or discount or something for something that they did wrong! UNBELIEVABLE, I payed for something that was a gift and they lost it! Never ever order something using US post service! Never!

I have done my taxes this way for years and all of a sudden I’m doing it incorrectly. When I expressed my frustration the clerk immediately put the blame on me and was not sympathetic in the slightest. Horrible workers I won’t be back to this location.
