- MFMarcia FilippiniFeb 11, 20231.0I had the worst experience of my life at Wakefield post office today! I was there for my daughter’s passport. I was told on Friday by a staff there that no appointment is needed on Wednesday and Saturday! I was there at 9 on Saturday no one was there to help by 10:15 no one . Very incompetent staff . The manager hid way when I asked to speak with her when I just saw her on the back lol.. and the passaporte person walked away from me and locked herself away so I had to go home with no help.. very upset!!!! I guess I will try westerly one maybe they can help me

The address where is was delivered claimed they never received it. Wakefield post office admitted to delivering it to the wrong address. They NEVER responded or made good on their mistake.... meanwhile my daughter never received her birthday present and I'm out $140.
