- KBKeri BellFeb 5, 20262.0I have lived in Tiverton for almost 3 years, I have NEVER had issues receiving my mail or packages like I do from this Post Office. From June of 24 to September or December of 24 I would get mail for people that DIDN'T live in my apartment, mail for my daughter (same last name) but not my mail. I get 1/2 of my "oversized" packages. I live in a building with a secure mail room and rather than just putting a larger package in the mail room, they leave a note to come pick it up the next day. I don't have a vehicle which is WHY I have everything delivered. When I asked why they don't use the mail room (we have noticed by the mailboxes, I was rudely informed by one of the employees that they "don't have to, it's their policy to just leave a notice" Fun fact, I just looked up the USPS policy and the policy states they are supposed to MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT to deliver including using the package room or leaving it in an open area.

I came in with a somewhat complicated mailing issue, and thanks to his expertise, the problem was resolved clearly and efficiently. I truly want to thank him—I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service!
