I came in with a somewhat complicated mailing issue, and thanks to his expertise, the problem was resolved clearly and efficiently. I truly want to thank him—I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service!
- ARAshley RamirezMay 11, 20211.0I will never come to this post office again. my mom went there was to ship a package to Florida for my brother. She kindly asked the clerk to attach a custom paper that the Florida Post Office would take care of as they’ve done in the past. The man decided to then be very nosey and loud and ask my mom why is she sending it there and why does she need a custom paper to be attached if it’s only going to Florida. He then threw the paper at my mom and said “here you do it because it’s not my job to do that” The manager herself didn’t do anything either when my mom went to file a complaint. Didn’t say sorry, absolutely nothing, all she did was tell the employee to walk away as he kept going and going and getting louder. She was in there for a half hour when it should not have taken her that long

- NNNanaNov 2, 20205.0They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.
