- LDLucille DetriDec 26, 20241.0Very poor service. Went in person on Nov 19, 2024 paid for a new lock to be installed on mailbox at apartment house. Said it would take about 2 weeks. Never heard anything. Tried calling both phone numbers directly to post office no one answers. Called Greenville and had them send an email message over. Still no contact. Went there again on Dec 11th, lady at counter was going to check into it and get back to me. Never heard back. Kept trying to call, still no answer. Dec 13th contacted main post office and told them the situation. Very nice lady gave me a reference number and said 1 to 3 days someone will be in touch. Dec 18th gentleman called said sorry will get this done ASAP. So by Friday Dec 20th. Big surprise. Still did not get done. Keep calling still not picking up. So I am back on phone with main post office waiting on hold to see what can be done now.
