- BSBecki ShuFeb 16, 20231.0I mailed out some packages today and was helped by Dawn who was rude and patronizing towards me from the start. There was another customer waiting in line behind me who was making mean and impatient comments about me the whole time about how long it was taking (I was there less than 10 minutes), and Dawn talked to her through me as if I wasn’t even there, agreeing that I was being somehow unreasonable by wanting tracking on my packages (for my small business). I felt rushed and judged for simply bringing packages to mail out and left feeling awful. I will be bringing my business to the Providence location in the future where I have never been made to feel stupid and belittled by staff.
