The last time I was verbally accosted by the postal employee who was supposed to be helping. me. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. The supervisor there does nothing to make it better, in fact, she sides with the rude employees. I am just warning the community that location should be shut down. I avoid this USPS location like the plague now. Please be warned.
- HCHeather CDec 20, 20171.0I have had a package "out for delivery" since November 29, 2017. I have called this branch three times and get the same answer...they will check with the carrier to my home and call me by the end of the day. It is now December 20...no package and no phone call.
