I have had three interactions with this facility and each time, they lost a package of mine containing over $300 of goods, and did nothing to rectify it. One box contained not only high-value items, but also an Irreplaceable family heirloom. Their record keeping is inaccurate to the point of negligent and does not conform to USPS policies and procedures. The callous indifference and blatant incompetence of the people working there is precisely why AI is taking over. I would rather drive to Ohio to pick up my package than have it come to the Corliss St. USPS office.
