I am writing to express my concern about the delivery of mail. Since December 1, I have not received any mail or bills from my insurance provider. I visited the post office, but no one was able to give me a satisfactory answer regarding this issue. This is confidential information that is not reaching my mailbox, and I am worried that it may be getting stolen or sent to the wrong address. I would appreciate your attention to this serious matter.

The passport reservations were not working on the website or over the phone. I called and asked to make an appt and the woman on the phone told me that they had walk in hours today from 1:45 to 2:45. Great! Pack up my three kids (only one needs a passport) and went. There is a sign saying they are short staffed and not taking walk-ins. Okay, fine. There is a woman with long blonde hair at the desk and I ask her if she can help me make an appt as the website and phone appts aren’t working. She immediately jumped down my throat saying they aren’t taking walk-ins and this is a half hour appt. I asked if we could drop off our child’s renewal documents. She starts raising her voice at me that they aren’t taking walk ins. I explain that the woman on the phone today told me to come in. She snaps at me stating they don’t have anyone that works there by that name. I stated how should I know she isn’t in this building, I called the number listed and spoke to her and am doing what she advised. I’m just appalled that they have such a curmudgeon working with the public. I understand it’s the holidays, it’s busy and they’re understaffed but I left there speechless with how this woman spoke to me when I simply asked for help. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review for somewhere but this woman’s condescending attitude made my jaw drop. I’m still flabbergasted!

The lady at the passport booth should be fired. I did not know that you needed to make an appointment so I said OK so she told me fill out the form sit down and she will help me next. I fill out the form a gentleman came and said you need an appointment so instead of the lady saying she needed it she she made me wait there for almost 20 minutes thinking she was gonna help me get my passport and she runs into her little booth and stays there while there’s still someone next to me who had an appointment and she makes him wait if she’s not happy with her job then maybe it’s time for her to retire or go somewhere else. I cannot believe the post office is letting this slide people with rude attitudes all the time there if they only look at their cameras, maybe doing their job, they would see how they treat customers.
