Asked for help, the lady told me to scan the item multiple times at self serve instead of helping. Giving me attitude while I told the woman it’s telling me to see an associate. Go to the counter she’s still giving attitude telling me did u scan the thing over and over. I walked out

Several requests that I asked was time-sensitive refrigerated shipments that were very costly! They called me up the moment it came through the door—- that’s quick! Yes. There’s human error that happens and mistakes were made. I did pick up someone’s package by accident. I apologized and rushed the package ASAP! What’s vital to this story is the genuine kindness to my hard-of-hearing loudness and sass. I’m a Midwest native with old school charm and courtesies, of which some East Coast villagers frown upon. And yet they were even kind to the likes of me and that should amount to something.
