  I worked with this agency years ago and had a great experience with Eryn, who was fantastic. However, she’s no longer with the company. Now, the staff are mostly young people who lack customer service skills. They DO NOT ANSWER calls or return them. The negative reviews are true. I don’t understand how an employment agency can stay in business like this! It’s beyond my comprehension.

  I got a decent job from this agency back during the covid shut down, and thought it would be a good idea to recommend them to some friends as a result. I was super embarrassed for having done so, because their experiences were awful. Not only do the reps barely ever answer their phones, but they take weeks to follow up on voicemails and emails. You'd think it's because they're busy, but after almost a month of ignoring my friend, all she got back was, "there isn't a lot right now." They could have said that weeks ago, but instead the entire time they made it seem like something was "just around the corner." My other friend has 5+ years of office experience and they continually put him in terrible placements with high turnover rates due to toxic environments. One place paid so little that the daily parking expense was an eighth of the income... Both these friends are hard working professionals with good resumes that were willing to take placements they were overqualified for. The only people I could see benefiting from using this agency are: - someone who lives with their parents or multiple roommates and can afford to make next to nothing as a result - someone who can afford to wait months to hear back from their rep - someone with no experience that has no choice but to take anything they can get

  Someone reached out about a temp gig doing inventory. Was told I was flagged due to cori check. Ok no problem. I know I have a history, but a background check can be done with state id number, ssn, dob, and name. There's no need for a 20 minute application for a secondary check. This is unnecessary and discouraging. If you want someone with a squeaky clean background say it in the post instead of getting people hopese up to tell em to kick rocks.

  I called to ask for help since the office I've been working with didn't know much about some of the permanent positions I applied for. The person who answered the phone was RUDE, HUNG UP ON ME, REFUSED to provide any relevant information regarding my issue. She claimed herself to be the manager and refused to give out her name. IT'S NOT A SURPRISE to see so MANY other reviews like mine.
