  After a frustrating experience trying to ship through UPS, where the cost was extremely high, we went to DHL and I’m so glad we did. The customer service was truly incredible. They were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to walk us through our options and find the best solution for our situation. Not only did they make the entire process stress-free, but they were also able to get our package to our dad in mexico for half the price we were quoted elsewhere. It meant so much to us, and their care and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I can’t recommend DHL enough for both their pricing and their outstanding customer service. Highly recommend if you are shipping domestic or international!
