My package was sent from Italy on Dec. 17 and arrived in Boston, MA on Dec. 20 ( 4 days to cross the ocean). I live in Providence, RI which is less than 55 miles from Boston. Today is January 3 (2 weeks after the package arrived in Boston) and I still don't have the package! I have called them six times in two weeks and I might as well have talked to myself. Each person gave me different information, no one at DHL seems to communicate with anyone else at DHL and no one at DHL seems to care. Each agent told me it would be delivered "tomorrow," but tomorrow has never come. I think DHL tells you anything to get you off the phone. They now tell me I should receive it on Jan.6. If it does, by some miracle, arrive on Jan 6 that will mean it has taken SIXTEEN DAYS TO TRAVEL 55 MILES!!! And they call themselves "Express!" I paid $40 shipping fee for such terrible service. Stay as far away from DHL if you can.
